Please call and leave your information with the receptionist, doctor, or on our answering machine.

We will provide you with any information you may need and schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
You can use the same phone number to schedule an appointment for any of our other services (acupuncture or massage therapy).

Can I book my appointment via e-mail:

Of course, as a matter of fact we can e-mail you nearly all of your patient intake forms so you can fill them out prior to your appointment.
